Alan Cusolito is a graduate of Art Center College of Design with a Bachelors of Science in Product Design and a Masters in Business Administration, with over 35 years experience in both product design, soft goods, and toy design working for companies such as Tomy, Hasbro, Mattel, and Scubapro.

Alan has done contract product design consulting for companies such as Kawasaki, Mazda, Disney Imagineering, Disney Consumer Products, Spin Master, Mattel, Hasbro, Tomy, Playhut, Razor,  Briarpatch, Strottman, Atomic Aquatics, Sherwood Scuba, Finis, Swimways, Berkey Water Filters, Freedom Grill, Intex, Hollis, Oceanic, and Ryobi, and has been awarded multiple patents and awards including best product of the year from Family Fun Magazine and Dr. Toy, and was also featured in "This Old House" Magazine October 2014 edition for his architectural design. 

 

Alan has taught classes in product design, toy design, manufacturing, costing, illustration, packaging, and computer modeling for institutions  such as California State University at Long Beach, Otis College of Art and Design, the Art Institutes, Mount San Antonio College, and Laguna College of Art and Design.
